How the tour goes

• Bovec base: You meet the guide over a cup of coffee in the center of Bovec and get your gear.
• Drive to Most na Soči: The ride south takes about 40 minutes and passes through the towns of Kobarid and Tolmin.
• Paddling lesson: At the lake, the guide shows you the equipment and basic technique. You start on your knees and stand up once you feel steady.
• Lake and canyon: Then you paddle across the green water of the lake and up into the canyon, until the river stream is too strong to go further.
• Beach break: You stop on a beach for fruit and chips, then paddle back to the start and return to Bovec.
